handling is non-refundable)
- We grade according to the Goldmine
standards (record/cover)
Postage
We charge a shipping & handling fee
according to number of items, weight & destination.
We ship US mail (USPS), unless otherwise
arranged. US (1st class/Priority): $3.50 for the 1st item, .50c each
additional. Foreign (Air Mail): $7 for the 1st item, $1 each
additional. The preceding rates are for regular records or CD's,
heavier items, such as boxed sets, may be more.

- LESS IS MORE: The fewer items on your
list, the more attention we will be able to give
individual items (10 or fewer suggested).
- SORT: It helps if you organize by
format, category and artist.
- THE PRICE IS RIGHT: State the price
you will pay for each item in a specific condition.
- UPDATE: If you find something on your
list elsewhere, please let us know.
- PATIENCE: Miracles take a while.

- SUBJECT: Put the artist or item in the
subject line
Fax/Snail Mail
- NO REPLY: A SASE ensures a reply;
without one we will reply only if an item is found.
- TYPE OR PRINT: We can't find it if we
can't read it.
- YOUR ADDRESS: Don't forget it. That
means on the list itself, not just on the envelope.
Include an email adress, phone or fax number for faster
response.
